The workpiece can be processed on both ends simultaneously with a single clamping, offering advantages such as higher production efficiency and better concentricity of parts compared to traditional multi-step, multiple-clamping processing methods.

4. Feeding transmission utilizes Taiwan precision linear roller guide rails, ball screw units, and special ball screw bearings from German FAG or Japanese NSK. The ball screw installations are pre-stressed, enhancing rigidity while reducing the impact of machine tool cold and heat on workpiece processing accuracy.
5. Utilizing a 70kg high-pressure chip cooling system, the cutter holder is powerfully water-sprayed to address the processing of parts that are prone to entangled chips.
6. The machine tool's two-channel spindle operates simultaneously, allowing for uninterrupted loading and unloading, whether by robotic arms or manual operation. One machine equals the efficiency of two, reducing personnel and cutting costs.
