Product Introduction：  

FD250-3000 Horizontal Large Face Milling and Center Hole Drilling Machine, primarily designed for processing medium to large shaft components with diameters of ∅250 and below and lengths up to 3000mm. It features a twin-spindle power head with opposing milling and drilling separation, capable of face milling, center hole drilling, and outer diameter turning. Special configurations can process thread holes below M40. This series of machines offers wide processing range, comprehensive functions, strong rigidity, and easy operation.

Product Features:

Equipped with a gear rack hydraulic self-centering vise, the guide rail surface is hardened to HRC52 or above. The sliding surfaces are meticulously scraped and assembled, and a centralized lubrication system is adopted for reliable and sufficient lubrication. The performance is stable, the clamping is convenient, and the holding force is strong.

2. High-rigidity rectangular guide rails with quenching hardness exceeding HRC52, featuring a cross-sectional width of 130mm. The guide rail surfaces are treated with plastic coating to prevent low-speed creep and enhance guide rail longevity. Equipped with precision ground double nut ball screw drives for high accuracy and extended lifespan.

3. Features a twin spindle design with separate milling and drilling spindles for a rational structure, easy tooling and adjustment. The power head is equipped with a gear-driven mechanism, offering high torque and strong cutting power.

4. Four-axis servo CNC system with precise positioning, simple position handwheel operation, and easy adjustment.

5. Utilizing a volumetric electric lubrication pump, it ensures thorough and effective lubrication of the guide rails and screw threads, thereby extending the service life of the machine tool.
