Product Introduction:
This series of planer milling machines for center hole drilling is suitable for mass or large-scale production of shafts such as motor shafts, gear shafts, camshafts, crankshafts, and various other shaft components for face milling at both ends and center hole drilling. It allows for simultaneous face milling of both ends and simultaneous processing of both center holes. Different tool combinations can be used to perform operations such as turning outer circles, chamfering, drilling, and tapping on the workpieces. Mainly designed for the processing of medium to large shaft components with diameters up to 100mm and lengths up to 1500mm, this machine features an integrated inclined bed structure for easier loading and unloading, and smoother chip removal.

1. Equipped with a gear rack hydraulic self-centering vise, the guide rail surface is heat treated to HRC52 or above, the sliding surface is meticulously scraped and assembled, and a centralized lubrication system is used, ensuring ample and reliable lubrication, stable performance, easy clamping, and strong holding force.
2. High-rigidity rectangular guide rail with quenching hardness exceeding HRC52, cross-sectional width of 130mm, treated with plastic coating on the guide rail surface to prevent low-speed creep and enhance guide rail lifespan. Equipped with precision ground double nut ball screw transmission for high accuracy and long service life.
3. Equipped with a dual-spindle design featuring separate milling and drilling, the structure is rational and easy for tooling and adjustment. The power head utilizes gear transmission, offering high torque and strong cutting force.
4. Four-axis servo CNC system with precise positioning, simple position handwheel operation, and easy adjustment.
5. Utilizing a volumetric electric lubrication pump, the guide rails and screw threads are lubricated thoroughly and effectively, enhancing the lifespan of the machine tool.
6. Standard equipped with a conveyor belt chip remover, available for rear or side discharge.
