Main Application: Suitable for all frozen animal meats such as pork feet, pork legs, chicken and duck pieces, which can be cut into slices, strips, and cubes ranging from 0.7 to 60mm. Key Features: Continuous operation with polyurethane (silicone) belt conveyors (wear and cut-resistant), automatically adjusts to feed quantity, and provides flat cutting surfaces. Made of stainless steel, the machine is easy to clean, operate, and maintain, does not contaminate materials, and meets GMP requirements. Working Principle: A specially designed conveyor belt and pressure mechanism move the material at a continuous and uniform pace at a set distance, while a linear motion cutting mechanism cuts the material directly on the conveyor belt. Unique Points: The pressure mechanism uses pneumatic cylinders for material pressure, which can be adjusted to different pressures for different materials, ensuring safe and convenient operation; the gear box is fully sealed, with pressure gears installed at the end of the pressure roller shaft to prevent material contamination during operation; the gantry is equipped with a protective cover for enhanced safety; mechanical speed adjustment is used, ensuring reliable and durable mechanical transmission performance.
