The pipe descaling machine is composed of the main body, workpiece fixing mechanism, polishing and walking mechanism, loading and unloading mechanism, specification adjustment mechanism, and control system, etc.

5. Tube Specification Adjustment Mechanism: Elevates and lowers the workpiece locating frame to ensure that the center height of the workpiece is consistent with the center height of the polishing head.
6. Control System: Utilizes a PLC programmable controller as the main control unit for automated polishing process. Features "Manual/Automatic" mode: Manual mode allows for single-action execution for convenient adjustment of workpiece specifications.
