Operating Principle:
The stationary unique magnetic system and the rotating outer筒皮, generate an axial moving magnetic force within the sorting chamber, as iron powder is involved.North and South pole exchange, along with alternating magnetic field blank areas, cause coarser magnetic iron powder to roll and move downward under the influence of gravity and magnetic force; finer magnetic powder moves upward with the water flow, forming magnetic agglomeration within the magnetic field, alternating between descending and dispersing; the rising water at the bottom washes away non-magnetic impurities like gangue, which are discharged through the overflow outlet, while the higher-grade iron concentrate is discharged from the bottom.
