Vertical plastic mixer, a machine with blades rotating in a cylinder or trough to mix various materials into a homogenous mixture or suitable consistency. Mixers come in various types, including forced circulation mixers, single horizontal shaft mixers, double horizontal shaft mixers, and more. Precautions: Clean the mixer and automatic feeding machine thoroughly, especially during winter, to extend their lifespan.

Vertical plastic mixers, also known as blenders, are so named because their primary function is to mix and blend various dry mortar powders. They are categorized into two types of mixing methods: gravity mixing and forced mixing. Gravity mixing involves placing the mixture in a rotating drum, where the blades lift the mixture to a certain height and then allow it to fall freely due to gravity. This process repeats until the mixture is well blended. This type of mixer is typically used for mixing plastic and semi-plastic concrete. In forced mixing, the drum remains stationary while the blades on the rotating shaft inside the drum force the mixing.
