Environmental fog cannon machine safety operation procedures and precautions:
1. During operations, strictly adhere to the operational procedures. It is strictly prohibited to start the liquid pump first by pressing the start button. The liquid pump must only be activated after the fog cannon's fan is running normally to prevent liquid from flowing back into the axial fan and nozzle due to the early start of the pump.
2. After the fan operates, personnel must not stand near the axial fan's inlet or at the outlet of the wind tube. When spraying, the spray can should face outward; when there is wind, spray with the wind.
3. During spraying, the pressure must not exceed the maximum pressure of 40kg specified in the instructions.
4. Absolutely no sand, mud, or debris is allowed into the water tank to prevent clogging of pipes, fog cannon nozzles, or damage to the plunger pump. In case of nozzle clogging or leakage, promptly shut off the spray valve or stop the machine to clean and remove the blockage.
5. After spraying operations, it is essential to drain all water from the machine, particularly in areas with low temperatures where freezing is common. When not in use, ensure complete drainage to prevent equipment and pipes from cracking due to freezing. After the operation, any areas that might be splashed, such as hands, feet, and face, should be washed promptly.
6. Check the tightness of all screws on the components. Absolutely no waterless operation of the plunger pump is permitted to prevent internal parts from being damaged. During machine operation, it is strictly prohibited to touch any part of the body that comes into contact with the power-driven rotating or transmission parts.
7. Do not operate the fog cannon when the temperature reaches the freezing point or if there is ice inside, as this may cause the machine to malfunction, damage the equipment, or lead to other accidents. If operation is necessary, ensure the ice inside has melted before starting the equipment.
8. Regularly check that the lubricating oil and piston grease in the plunger pump are sufficient, and top up as needed. During the freezing season, replace the diesel engine and plunger pump lubricating oil with antifreeze oil suitable for the local temperature and fuel.
Environmental fog cannons effectively reduce dust pollution and increase humidity in the air. In recent years, with the rapid development of industry, processes such as thermal power plants, crushing plants, selection plants, mines, metallurgical industries, and cement factories have produced large amounts of dust, worsening environmental pollution. This directly impacts the quality of people's lives and even poses health risks and safety hazards. Traditional dust control methods are not only costly and ineffective but also prone to secondary pollution. The fog cannon's water mist dust removal is a cost-effective solution for air pollution. Water mist dust removal technology is a relatively new environmental biotechnology and is currently a promising dust control technique.

The environmental-friendly fog cannon machine utilizes fogging dust-capturing technology, eliminating the need for dust cleaning. It consumes less water for dust removal and produces less water to be treated, thereby preventing secondary pollution and improving the working conditions for staff. Simply transporting water and compressed air to each dust-generating point allows for easy central control of the entire dust removal system from a single control room, greatly facilitating dust removal management. The dust removal system occupies minimal space, saving valuable factory floor space and reducing construction investment. Compared to conventional dust collectors, the fog cannon machine can save up to half of the energy consumption, significantly lowering operation costs, saving investment, and featuring low installation costs. It boasts reliable dust-capturing performance, low maintenance volume, and affordable repair costs.
