PP Plastic Sheet Production Line Operation Process:
1. Machine trial operation requires the cooperation of skilled operators and professional technicians.
2. Prior to feeding material and trial operation, an empty run at low speed should be conducted first to check if the视听screw direction is correct (clockwise when standing at the screw head), whether there are any abnormal sounds during the screw operation, if the operation is smooth, and if the reducer runs stably. The empty run time should be between 1-3 minutes per point, and it is strictly prohibited to run for too long to avoid scratching the cylinder and screw.

3. After the machine operates normally, start the main motor to run the screw at a low speed, and feed manually. Wait until the screw head discharges the material, then inspect the degree of material plasticization. Meanwhile, gradually increase the feeding amount and observe the motor current value. If the current suddenly spikes, stop the machine immediately to check the cause.

4. After the trial run is completed, the residual materials in and around the engine head should be immediately swept out. Soft metals, such as bronze or wood, should be used for cleaning tools.
5. After material is extruded through molds, it is manually pulled into the puller by a trough, and the manual pulling process ends after entering the puller. Applications and Scope: The 150 main machine and 120 extruder sheet production line consists of a single-screw extruder, a hanger-type mold, a three-roll calender, cooling and pulling frame, cutting machine, and other auxiliary machinery. It can produce single-layer or multi-layer co-extruded sheets, various PVC/PP/PE/PS/ABS sheets, PVC/PP/PE/PS/ABS sheets, large-scale waterproof membranes, hollow building molds, corrugated boards, etc.
This equipment can produce PP sheets/materials, and can also produce PE, PS, ABS sheets/materials by changing molds and raw materials.
