Conductive carbon black is a carbon black with low or high electrical resistance properties. It can impart conductive or antistatic effects to products. Its characteristics include small particle size, large specific surface area and roughness, high structure, and clean surface.
This product imparts high tensile strength and hardness to vulcanized rubber, but has a high heat generation. It exhibits excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity in both natural and synthetic rubber, with its conductivity in the compound increasing with its dosage, and has a moderate reinforcement level. It is suitable for battery electronics, conductive or antistatic rubber products such as conveyor belts, drive belts, hoses, flooring compounds, and footwear, etc.
