The heater is a device involving a heating compression process. It includes a housing, a reservoir, inlets and outlets, pipes, an inlet, and a heater. The housing contains a reservoir, which has an inlet at the top. The two ends of the pipes are connected to the inlets and outlets, respectively, and the pipes are set inside the reservoir, with a heater also located within. This heater is equipped with two interfaces, connecting to either a gas cylinder or a pressure reducing valve. The high-pressure flow inside the gas cylinder passes through this heater, where it is preheated to 50-60°C, preventing the pressure reducing valve from freezing when it passes through. Due to the heating in the pipes, the pressure is further increased.
