1.5-ton electric/motorized flatbed trailer chassis detailed specifications:

The structure is an electrically driven chassis, which can be remotely controlled for forward, reverse, and steering movement, and can also be towed with a retractable tow bar featuring a design with a braking and cushioning device. The dimensions of the tow bar ring are designed according to the drawings provided by Party A. The controller is selected from the American Curtiss brand.

2. Equipped with both dynamic and parking brake functions, the brake lights, turn signals, and those of the preceding vehicle synchronize during towing. The vehicle should have voice or audio alerts for low ground clearance, steering, and reverse driving. Nighttime lighting is provided. It features an automatic emergency stop function for the undercarriage.

3. The undercarriage features a flatbed structure with corner locks installed at the four corners. These locks, when paired with the upper module corner pieces, allow for reassembly and disassembly. The corner piece dimensions are in accordance with Figure 1-4 of GB/T 1835-2006 "Series 1 Container Corner Pieces." The installation position dimensions, overall vehicle dimensions, and load-bearing surface dimensions are detailed in the attached illustration.

4. Hidden lifting rings are designed at suitable positions on the chassis for the overall hoisting and transportation of the equipment. The lifting ring design should meet full-load hoisting requirements; standard bucket truck holes are designed to meet the loading requirements for complete sets (including containers), with tie-down and securing devices suitable for road and rail transportation.

5. The battery is installed on both sides of the chassis, with a capacity to power the vehicle for 20km under self-driving conditions in an environment temperature range of -40℃ to 50℃, including an additional 200Ah reserve battery capacity (powers the mounted equipment); equipped with an external AC charging function and a 24V 20A power output interface; designed with a switch for the battery power supply of the mounted cabin.
