The DWK series computerized temperature controller utilizes standard PC microcomputer heating processing software and hardware interface circuitry, featuring a 15-inch LCD display. The software employs Windows window technology, allowing the entire input operation process to be completed with just one mouse. It is suitable for overall or local heat treatment temperature control of metal components by various ceramic heaters. It can simultaneously set up to 6 process curves according to heat treatment requirements, with each curve having two temperature control points. It can control multiple workpieces with different process requirements simultaneously. It features a silicon-controlled rectifier zero-crossing trigger point and can be equipped with phase-shifting voltage regulation according to user requirements, making it a relatively advanced temperature control device.
Optional paperless recorder with real-time curve, historical curve display, record, save, print, dynamic parameter table, bar graph display, easy operation, anti-interference, and strong adaptability.
