1. Capable of printing barcodes in formats such as CODE 128A, 128B, 128C, EAN128, EAN13, CODE39, ITF2/5, etc.
Achieve sequential printing of barcodes/QR codes, which is to display the numerical sequence codes through the format of barcodes/QR codes—above is the barcode, below is the sequential code.
3. Achieve random barcode/QR code printing (for electronic supervision codes), displaying the numeric random codes (random numbers) from the database in the form of barcodes/QR codes.
Random Code
1. The system can print solid-state database data, with options for 1 line, 2 lines, 3 lines, or 4 lines, and all dot matrices are selectable.
2. Capable of printing dynamic random data (such as a scale), the customer's equipment generates a data coder, which receives a data print.
3. Built-in random code generator with a length of 50 characters. It can be customized from 1 to 50 characters, with each character selectable. The generated random code can be backed up to your computer for future reference by exporting it via USB flash drive or SD card.

Diaphragm pump with four-pump integrated design

Triple anti-clogging function for nozzles
A features an independent cleaning pump that automatically sprays solvent to clean the nozzle and recovery pipeline upon shutdown.At startup, firstAutomatically spray solvent to clean the nozzle and recovery piping, followed by applying ink.
The dual-valve structure of the B nozzle ensures that ink in the ink path system can be thoroughly cleaned and returned to the ink reservoir.

Automatic Ink Viscosity Control System

The viscosity control employs a method that detects the float's movement time, which is more accurate and reliable than other brand coders that use a dripping time method for ink detection.
Digital Circuit Control System
The "All-Digital Intelligent" menu system can automatically display all important parameters and operating data in the digital circuit and fluid path system, allowing for digital adjustment, making the equipment's operational status clearly visible.
The automatic fault detection system provides an automatic prompt through digital menus and signal lights, allowing for timely troubleshooting.
