How to Choose Home Use Gypsum Powder: Plastering Gypsum: Mainly used for large area leveling of walls, simply mix with water and stir evenly before use; do not mix with other materials. The ideal thickness for each coat is 0.5-1 cm (single layer thickness should not exceed 2 cm, and not be less than 0.5 cm); the product's open time (construction time) is about 1 hour, and the product must be used within this time frame; do not add water to stir the product after initial setting; drying time is 48 hours, and the interval between each coat should be at least 24 hours. Due to the lower strength and adhesion of plastering gypsum compared to joint filling gypsum and high-strength gypsum powder, it should not be used for filling line grooves, gypsum board gaps, corners, or reinforcement points.
