
The G Series Single-Screw Pump operates based on the reciprocating meshing volumetric principle and is a new type of pump. Its main working components are the eccentric screw (rotor) and a fixed sleeve (stator). Due to their unique geometric shapes, these two parts individually form separate sealed cavities. The medium flows uniformly in an axial direction, maintaining a low internal velocity, constant volume, stable pressure, and thus avoiding vortexes and agitation. Each stage of the pump produces an output pressure of 0.6 MPa with a head of 60m (for clean water), and the self-priming height is typically 6m, suitable for conveying media with temperatures below 80℃ (special requirements can reach up to 150℃). Because the stator is made from various elastic materials, this pump is capable of transporting high-viscosity fluids and media containing hard suspended particles or fibers, which is a feature not offered by general pump types. Its flow rate is directly proportional to the speed. The drive can be achieved through a coupling for direct drive or by using a variable-speed motor, V-belt, and gear box for speed adjustment. This pump has few parts, a compact structure, a small size, and is easy to maintain. The rotor and stator are the vulnerable parts of this pump, featuring simple structure and ease of assembly and disassembly.
