The YCB Arc Gear Pump is primarily composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, and more. The gears are manufactured using a double arc sine curve tooth profile. Compared to involute gears, its outstanding advantage is that there is no relative sliding of the tooth profiles during the gear meshing process, thus ensuring no wear on the tooth surfaces, smooth operation, no cavitation, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency. This pump breaks free from the constraints of traditional designs, bringing the gear pump into a new realm in terms of design, production, and use. The YCB Arc Gear Pump KCG is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection, with the full回流 pressure of the safety valve at 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure. Adjustments can also be made within the allowable discharge pressure range based on actual needs. However, note that this safety valve should not be used as a pressure-reducing valve for long-term operation; an additional installation can be made on the pipeline if necessary. The shaft end seal design of the YCB Arc Gear Pump KCG comes in two forms: mechanical and gland packing, which can be determined according to specific usage conditions and customer requirements.
Application Range: Suitable for transmission and pressure boosting in oil transportation systems; for fuel delivery, pressurization, and injection in fuel systems; as hydraulic power supply pumps in hydraulic drive systems; and as lubrication pumps in all industrial fields.
YCB Arc Gear Pump, suitable for conveying oils without solid particles or fibers, non-corrosive, with temperatures not exceeding 200°C, and viscosities ranging from 5×10^-6 to 1.5×10^-3 m^2/s (5-1500 cSt), as well as other liquids with similar properties to lubricants, and for use in hydraulic transmission systems.
