Section 3: ISW Horizontal Pipeline Pump Series
1. The ISW horizontal pipeline pump is designed for conveying clean water and other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressure boosting, garden irrigation, fire protection pressure boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC cooling and heating cycles, bathroom hot and cold water circulation boosting, and equipment matching. Operating temperature: T≤80℃.
2. ISWR Horizontal Hot Water Pumps, widely applicable to: metallurgy, chemical industry, textiles, papermaking, as well as boiler hot water boosting and circulation for hotels and restaurants, and urban heating systems. The ALWR model has a maximum operating temperature of T≤120℃.
3. ISWH Horizontal Chemical Pump, designed for transferring liquids without solid particles and corrosive in nature. Suitable for liquids with a viscosity similar to water, it is used in industries such as oil, chemicals, metallurgy, power, papermaking, and synthetic fibers. Operating temperature range is -20℃ to +120℃.
4. ISWY horizontal pipeline oil pump, suitable for transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and other oil products or flammable, explosive liquids; the temperature of the transported medium ranges from -20℃ to 120℃.
5. ISWHY horizontal stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump, suitable for conveying flammable chemical liquids.
6. ISWD Horizontal Low-Speed Pump, suitable for environments with very low noise requirements, operating temperature T≤120℃.
Four, Working Conditions: 1. Suction pressure ≤ 1.0 MPa, or pump system working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, i.e., suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa, pump static test pressure ≤ 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system working pressure upon ordering. If the pump system working pressure is greater than 1.6 MPa, it must be mentioned separately at the time of ordering to allow for cast steel material to be used in the overflow and connection sections of the pump during manufacturing.
2. Ambient temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 40%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, with particle size less than 0.2mm.
Note: If using a medium with fine particles, please specify at the time of order to allow the manufacturer to use a mechanical seal suitable for such conditions.
