Goods Handover
1. Our logistics primarily rely on auto transportation. Shipping costs are collect or self-pickup. Please inform us in advance if you require us to handle the arrangements.
2. Pick-up requires the recipient's valid ID. Our products are thoroughly inspected before shipment. Customers are kindly requested to inspect the goods upon pick-up, verifying the quantity and quality of the items. Should there be any product issues, please contact us promptly. 3. Once received, any claims for quantity discrepancies or damage caused by humans will not be accepted without providing broken pictures within 48 hours. 4. Freight to collect; logistics service ends at the local pickup point. Additional shipping fees from the pickup point to your doorstep must be negotiated directly with the logistics company. Please note that logistics does not include handling; you may discuss handling arrangements with the logistics company. If someone like a friend, family member, doorman, or receptionist signs for the delivery on your behalf, it is considered as you having accepted the received goods and confirming they are correct.
