As a result, they possess high compressive strength, lightweight, non-absorbent, impermeable, wear-resistant, and non-degradable properties.

It can maintain its thermal insulation and compressive strength even when submerged, making it particularly suitable for building insulation, thermal preservation, and moisture-proof treatments. It is one of the cost-effective construction materials in today's construction industry.
Insulation performance
Thermal conductivity not exceeding 0.028 W/mK, significantly lower than other insulation materials (materials with a thermal conductivity of less than 0.25 W/mK are commonly used as insulation materials in engineering), thus featuring high thermal resistance and low linear expansion rate. Widely used in roof insulation and heat preservation systems, cold storage facilities, and thermal insulation for both interior and exterior walls.
(2) Absorbency
As a comprehensive thermal insulation material, water absorption rate is a critical technical indicator. High water absorption can degrade the insulation performance. Extruded polystyrene (XPS) boards have a complete closed-cell structure, with no gaps on either side of the board, preventing moisture from seeping in due to leaks, condensation, and freezing/thawing cycles. This effectively blocks the entry of water molecules, thereby preventing the board from aging and ensuring the insulation layer maintains its function over time. Eventually, this could necessitate repairs to the insulation structure. The closed-cell structure of XPS boards effectively prevents the penetration of water molecules (including vapor), even if mechanically damaged during installation. Due to their tight honeycomb structure, XPS boards maintain low water absorption. With the effective blocking of water molecules and their non-hydrophilic nature, aging is almost impossible, making them nearly as long-lasting as the building itself.

Low thermal conductivity is a necessary condition for all insulating materials. XPS boards are made from polystyrene (PS), which is well-known as an insulating material. Additionally, the extrusion process creates a tightly closed-cell honeycomb structure, further enhancing its effectiveness in preventing heat conduction.

XPS extruded board is a lightweight, high-strength material, with compressive strength exceeding 350KPa even at densities not exceeding 40kg per cubic meter. Its use in buildings provides excellent impact resistance. The compressive properties of XPS are almost unchanged even when soaked in water, a feature not found in other insulation materials.

3. In case the customer receives materials with quality issues, we will provide a solution within 2 hours and resolve the problem within 24 hours.
Goods Handover
1. Our logistics primarily rely on auto transportation. Shipping fees are collect or self-collection. If you require us to handle it on your behalf, please inform us in advance.
2. Delivery requires the recipient's valid identification. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment. Customers are kindly requested to inspect the goods upon pick-up, verifying the quantity and quality of the items. If there are any product issues, please contact us promptly. We will add insurance for菠萝格 shipments. We will reship the goods after the logistics company returns them.
3. Once received, any claims for discrepancies in quantity or damage due to handling must be made within 48 hours without a broken item photo. We will not be responsible for such claims. Please understand, as the products are large items, we kindly ask you to inspect the goods carefully upon receipt.
4. Freight to collect; logistics service ends at the local hub. Additional charges from the hub to your doorstep must be negotiated with the logistics company separately. Note that logistics does not include handling services; feel free to discuss handling with the logistics provider. If someone else, like a friend, family member, guard, or receptionist signs for the package on your behalf, it is considered that you have accepted the goods and verified them as correct.
