Rockwool boards, also known as rockwool thermal insulation and decorative boards, are inorganic fiber boards made by melting and processing basalt at high temperatures. They are a new type of thermal insulation, fire-retardant, and sound-absorbing material.
Application
Wall insulation, roof insulation, door insulation, and floor insulation, with wall insulation being the primary focus.
Fire-resistant
The raw material for exterior rock wool boards is natural volcanic rock, making it a non-combustible construction material and fireproofing material.
Primary fire-resistant features:
Features a high fire rating of A1, effectively preventing the spread of fire.
Size is extremely stable; it does not elongate, contract, or deform in a fire.
Withstanding high temperatures; melting point above 1000°C.
No smoke or burning droplets/particles produced in fire.
No harmful environmental substances or gases are released in the event of a fire.
Insulation and heat preservation
The exterior rock wool board features fine, long, and flexible fibers with low slag content. Consequently, it boasts a low thermal conductivity coefficient and excellent thermal insulation properties.
3. Sound Absorption and Noise Reduction
Rockwool is an ideal soundproofing material, with a large number of slender fibers forming a porous interconnected structure, determining that Sikda Rockwool is an excellent sound-absorbing and noise-reducing material.
Water-repellent: The water-repellent rock wool products have a high water-repellent rate; low water absorption, no capillary penetration.
Moisture Resistance: Rock wool exhibits a volume moisture absorption rate of less than 0.2% and a quality moisture absorption rate of less than 0.3% under high relative humidity conditions, as tested according to ASTM C1104 or ASTM 1104M methods.
4. Non-corrosive
Rock wool has stable chemical properties with a pH value of 7-8, neutral to slightly alkaline, and is non-corrosive to metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
5. Safety & Environmental Protection
Rock wool is tested free of asbestos and harmful substances like CFCs, HFCs, HCFCs. It is not corroded or prone to mold and bacterial growth.

3. In case the customer receives materials with quality issues, we will provide a solution within 2 hours and resolve the corresponding problem within 24 hours.
Goods Handover
1. Our logistics primarily rely on truck transportation. Shipping fees are collect or pick-up at your own convenience. Please inform us in advance if you require us to handle the arrangements.
2. Delivery requires the recipient's valid identification. Our products are thoroughly inspected before shipment. Please inspect the quantity and quality of the goods upon pick-up. If there are any product issues, please contact us promptly. We add insurance to菠萝格 shipments. We will reship the goods upon return from the logistics company.
3. Once received, we are not responsible for discrepancies in quantity or damage caused by humans if no damage pictures are provided within 48 hours. We kindly ask for your understanding, as the products are large items, and please carefully inspect the goods upon receipt.
4. Freight collect, logistics delivery is only to the local pickup point. The cost from the pickup point to your doorstep needs to be negotiated directly with the logistics company. Also note that the logistics company is not responsible for handling. You may negotiate handling services with them. If someone like a friend, family member, doorman, or receptionist signs for the delivery on your behalf, it is considered as you have accepted the goods received and verified them to be correct.
