Rockwool boards, also known as thermal insulation and decorative rockwool boards, are inorganic fiber boards made by melting and processing basalt at high temperatures. They are a new type of thermal insulation, fire-retardant, and sound-absorbing material.

Fire-resistant
Exterior rock wool board raw materials are made from natural volcanic rock, and are non-combustible building materials and fire-resistant materials.
Primary fire-resistant features:
High fire rating A1, effectively prevents the spread of fire.
The dimensions are extremely stable; they will not elongate, contract, or deform in a fire.
High-temperature resistant, melting point above 1000°C.
No smoke or burning droplets/particles produced in fire.
No harmful environmental substances or gases are released in case of fire.
2. Insulation and thermal protection
The fiber of the external wall mineral wool board is fine, long, and flexible with a low content of slag balls. Consequently, it has a low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation properties.
3. Noise Reduction and Sound Absorption
Rock wool is an ideal soundproofing material, with an abundance of long, fine fibers that form a porous interconnected structure, determining that Sikada rock wool is an excellent sound absorption and noise reduction material.
Water-repellent: The water-repellent rock wool products have a high water-repellent rate; low water absorption, and no capillary penetration.
Moisture Resistance: The rock wool has a moisture absorption rate of less than 0.2% by volume and less than 0.3% by weight when tested according to ASTM C1104 or ASTM 1104M methods, in environments with high relative humidity.
4. Non-corrosive
Rock wool has stable chemical properties with a pH value of 7-8, neutral to slightly alkaline, and is non-corrosive to metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
5. Safety and Environmental Protection
Rock wool is tested to be free of asbestos and harmful substances like CFCs, HFCs, HCFCs. It is not corrosive or prone to mold and bacterial growth.

Goods Handover
1. Our logistics primarily rely on auto transportation. Freight for products is collect or self-pickup. If you require us to handle it, please inform us in advance.
2. Pick-up requires valid identification from the recipient. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment. Customers are kindly requested to inspect the goods upon pick-up, verifying the quantity and quality of the items. In case of any product issues, please contact us promptly. We add insurance to菠萝格 shipments. After the logistics company returns the goods, we will reship them.
3. Once received, any claims for quantity discrepancies or damage caused by handling after 48 hours without providing broken picture proof will not be entertained. We apologize for any inconvenience and kindly ask for your understanding, as the products are large items. Please inspect the goods carefully upon receipt.
4. Freight to collect; logistics delivery is only to the local collection point. The additional shipping cost from the collection point to your doorstep must be negotiated with the logistics company separately. Note that logistics does not handle handling, and you may negotiate handling services with the logistics company. If someone like a friend, family member, doorman, or receptionist signs for the delivery, it is considered that you have accepted the received goods and verified their accuracy.
