Rockwool boards, also known as thermal insulation and decorative rockwool boards, are inorganic fiber boards made by melting and processing basalt at high temperatures. They are a new type of thermal insulation, fire-retardant, and sound-absorbing material.

Fire-resistant
The raw material for the external wall mineral wool board is natural volcanic rock, making it a non-combustible building material and fire-resistant material.
Primary fire-resistant features:
Highly fire-resistant at A1 level, effectively preventing the spread of fire.
Size is extremely stable; it will not elongate, contract, or deform in a fire.
High-temperature resistant, melting point above 1000°C.
No smoke or burning droplets/particles produced in fire.
No harmful environmental substances or gases are released in case of fire.
2. Insulation and thermal protection
Exterior rock wool boards feature fine, long, and flexible fibers with low slag content. Consequently, they have a low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation properties.
Acoustic Noise Reduction
Rockwool is an ideal soundproofing material; its large number of fine, elongated fibers form a porous interconnected structure, making SikaRockwool an excellent sound absorption and noise reduction material.
Water-repellent: The water-repellent rock wool products have a high water-repellent rate and low water absorption, with no capillary penetration.
Moisture Resistance: Rock wool exhibits a volume moisture absorption rate of less than 0.2% in environments with high relative humidity, and a mass moisture absorption rate of less than 0.3% according to the ASTM C1104 or ASTM 1104M testing method.
4. Non-corrosive
Rock wool has stable chemical properties with a pH value of 7-8, neutral to slightly alkaline, and is non-corrosive to metals like carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
5. Safety & Environmental Protection
Rock wool is certified free of asbestos and harmful substances like CFCs, HFCs, HCFCs to the environment. It is not corroded or prone to mildew or bacterial growth.

After-sales Service
1. Our order processing time is approximately 1-10 days, and we will dispatch the goods 3-10 days after your order is placed. Please be patient. In case of any special circumstances, we will contact you promptly, and kindly understand.
2. Should the client have any special requirements, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to meet your needs.
3. If the customer receives materials with quality issues, we will provide a solution within 2 hours and resolve the corresponding problem within 24 hours.
Goods Handover
1. Our logistics primarily rely on road transportation. Shipping costs are collect or pick-up at the customer's discretion. If you require us to handle the arrangements, please inform us in advance.
2. Pick-up requires valid identification from the recipient. Our products are carefully inspected before shipment. Customers are requested to inspect the goods upon pick-up, verifying the quantity and quality of the items. If there are any product issues, please contact us promptly. We add insurance for菠萝格 shipments. We will reship the goods after the logistics company returns them.
3. Once received, any claims for discrepancies in quantity or damage caused by handling must be made within 48 hours, and we will not be responsible without the receipt of damaged product images. We kindly ask for your understanding as the products are large in size, and please inspect the goods carefully upon receipt.
4. Freight to collect; logistics delivery is only to the local collection point. The additional cost from the collection point to your doorstep must be negotiated with the logistics company separately. Also note that logistics is not responsible for handling; you may discuss handling issues with the logistics company. If the goods are signed for by friends, family, guards, or the reception, it is considered that you have accepted the received goods and verified them to be correct.
