I. Product Overview
Modified asphalt bridge deck waterproofing coating for road and bridge use is a water-based waterproofing coating made by modifying bitumen with rubber and resin materials. It is primarily composed of high polymer emulsion as the film-forming substance, with various functional additives added for reaction.

II. Application Scope
Used for bridge deck waterproofing, it prevents reinforcement corrosion caused by water leakage from concrete bridge decks, thereby extending the service life of the beam structure.

Section 3: Product Features
Wide temperature adaptability. Does not flow at high temperatures of 140℃ to 180℃ during asphalt concrete construction and does not crack under dynamic loads at low temperatures of -20℃ to -30℃.
The material solidifies into film blocks with good film toughness. The addition of chemical additives allows the material to form a film in a short period of time, thereby shortening the construction time for bridge waterproofing.
Strong adhesion; with the addition of penetrant and thickener in the formula, the penetration and bonding properties of the coating are enhanced, allowing the paving layer to be bonded with the bridge deck as a single unit.
After the construction of the waterproof layer, the shear strength between the bridge deck and the paving layer reaches 0.5~1.0 Mpa, the base layer cracks 2mm, but the coating film does not crack.
Construction operability: Cold work operations, highly mechanized and automated, materials are non-toxic, and do not pollute the environment.

IV. Construction Method
Subgrade Treatment: New concrete reaches designed strength, surface temperature cracks and natural shrinkage cracks are basically completed. The subgrade surface must be free of floating dust, dirt, oil, and standing water, achieving a clean and dry state.
Spray Application: Ensure all equipment is complete and in good working condition. Use an imported spray gun for three coats. Before applying paint over a large area, first brush 2-3 coats on the pre-treated base with a small brush. Then, apply one coat of paint over the large area, typically within 3-6 hours (but not exceeding 24 hours), depending on the temperature. Once the paint is dry, apply the second and third coats until the desired thickness is achieved.
Product Protection: No pedestrian or vehicle traffic allowed until fully cured.
V. Cautionary Notes
Maintenance: Natural maintenance for 24 hours, avoid pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
Construction Temperature: Optimal between 5℃-35℃. If the temperature exceeds 35℃ in summer, sprinkle some cold water to cool down, and it's ready for construction once it dries.
Theoretical Consumption: At a dry film thickness of 1mm, the consumption is 1.9 kg per square meter. The coating thickness is generally around 0.5mm to 0.7mm, with a consumption of 1.6 kg per square meter.
