High Concentration Oil Cutting Fluid Wastewater Treatment Equipment - Quankun - Evaporator Unit - High Concentration Rate
The working principle of the low-temperature heat pump evaporator depends on the operation of the compressor. The compressor's role is to compress and condense the heat medium by altering the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant. Specifically, when the refrigerant enters the evaporator, the compressor inside the unit boosts it into a high-pressure gas. As it passes through the condenser, the refrigerant releases heat and becomes a high-pressure liquid. After passing through a pressure-reducing valve to lower the pressure, it enters the evaporator, where it undergoes evaporation and condensation.

Advantages of Low-Temperature Heat Pump Evaporators:
The low-temperature heat pump evaporator boasts numerous significant advantages and a wide range of applications. Firstly, it is highly energy-efficient. By utilizing heat pump technology and natural thermal energy, it not only saves energy during the refrigeration process but also improves energy utilization efficiency by recovering waste heat. Secondly, the low-temperature heat pump evaporator is environmentally friendly. It does not produce pollutants and does not cause secondary pollution to air and water sources, aligning with the concept of sustainable development.

The working process of a low-temperature heat pump evaporator is mainly composed of two stages: evaporation and condensation. During the evaporation stage, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the external heat source and evaporates into vapor. At this point, indoor air comes into contact with the low-temperature refrigerant through the evaporator, transferring heat to the refrigerant and causing it to evaporate. In the condensation stage, the evaporated refrigerant flows into the compressor, where it is compressed into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas. It then releases heat through the condenser, transferring the heat from the air to the outside. The refrigerant then returns to the evaporator and continues the cycle.
