Tangshan Yuanfeng Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. is a large-scale rolling steel production and sales enterprise integrating production and R&D. Located in Tangshan, the Steel Capital of the Bohai Economic Zone, our company is adjacent to Tianjin Port, Jingtang Port, and Caofeidian Port, boasting convenient transportation. Spanning over 150 acres, the company is divided into two major areas: production and living. With an asset total of 1.05 billion yuan, we currently have more than 300 employees, including 40 senior engineers, 30 chief engineers, and 80 middle to high-level technicians.
Our company invested 50 million yuan in a comprehensive overhaul of our equipment at the end of 2016, now boasting a brand-new production line, 13 sets of 550 full-rolling equipment, a 100-meter cold bed, a 550 straightening machine, high-pressure water descaling equipment, and a high-end automated environmental protection equipment system. With the continuous increase in market demand and total output, we have also constructed a new 100-meter x 29-meter warehouse. This ensures both the quality of the products meets specifications and the smoothness of the product surface. In response to the call for energy conservation and environmental protection, we have upgraded our natural gas equipment to use natural gas for production, which not only saves energy and protects the environment but also guarantees the smooth progress of steel production.
