Equipment Introduction

A powder molding hydraulic press is a piece of machinery that uses the static pressure of hydraulic oil transported by a pump to process products such as metal, plastic, rubber, wood, and powders. It is commonly used in processes like forging, stamping, cold extrusion, straightening, bending, flanging, sheet metal deep drawing, powder metallurgy, and assembly. Its principle is based on Pascal's Law, creating a mechanical transmission that utilizes the pressure of a liquid. There are many types available, and its applications are diverse according to requirements. Categorized by the type of liquid used to transmit pressure, there are two main types: hydraulic presses and water presses.

Structural Features

High safety factor: Comprehensive safety design, flat-top button activated by both hands, machine can only be started with simultaneous pressing within 0.5 seconds, emergency stop switch located in the middle of the start button, easily accessible for immediate emergency response. Safety light grid is installed on the front of the workbench. If hands accidentally enter the workspace while the machine is running, it automatically rises. If the light grid malfunctions, it lights up the red light, ensuring a high safety factor.

Easy mold adjustment: The machine is equipped with up and down inching buttons for easy mold installation and alignment.

System adjustments are simple: pressure is adjusted by the overflow valve, speed by the throttle valve, and stroke by proximity sensors and descent time. Descent hold-pressure timing, production volume counting.

Energy Savings: The hydraulic cylinder uses a quick assembly cylinder, requiring only a 2.2 kW motor power. The motor automatically shuts off after a 10-minute standstill during operation to prevent unnecessary extra electricity consumption. Simply restart the motor to resume work.
