Application Field

Cookware wire-wound hydraulic bottoming machine is mainly used for cookware (pots) cold extrusion, bottoming, and other molding processes, and can customize hydraulic presses with tonnages ranging from 1000 to 6000 tons.

Performance Features

1. The hydraulic re-coiling machine for cookware wire wrapping is a high-strength steel wire wrapping hydraulic press. The main cylinder and machine frame are made with pre-stressed steel wire wrapping structure, featuring high body strength, high pressure-bearing capacity, and excellent fatigue life. It is mainly used in cold extrusion forming and aluminum cookware composite bottom pressing processes.

2. The hydraulic control utilizes a modular valve integrated system, ensuring reliable operation, long service life, minimal hydraulic shock, and reduced pipeline connections and leakage points.

3. Features centralized button control with adjustable and dual-hand single-loop operation modes.

4. Independent electrical control system, reliable operation, intuitive action, and easy maintenance.

5. The operation mode selection allows for two forming processes: fixed route and fixed pressure, and also features performance such as pressure holding delay.

6. Work pressure and itinerary can be adjusted within the specified range as required by the production process.
