Integrated intelligent flow control wellFeatures
Easy installation and maintenance, factory prefabrication, intelligent control with remote monitoring, cost-effective construction, and automatic sediment cleaning to prevent sedimentation.
Integrated design, with a small land occupation. The integrated intelligent interceptor well integrates functions such as intercepting pollutants, drainage, preventing internal flooding, and self-cleaning into one, and realizes intelligent control, occupying less land than traditional interceptor wells.1/3, even*small, thus saving land costs and facilitating transportation and installation.
3. Construction, with a long service life. The integrated intelligent diversion well is prefabricated at the factory, excavation of the foundation pit takes place, and the installation and commissioning of the well only takes about a month. Compared to the construction and installation period of traditional concrete diversion wells, the construction period is significantly shortened. The integrated intelligent diversion well body is made of fiberglass or 304 stainless steel, and is customized for the environment, featuring superior resistance to chemical corrosion, with a service life of over 50 years.
4. Smart Monitoring, Big Data, Unmanned Operation. The integrated intelligent interception well utilizes an intelligent control system, equipped with ultrasonic water level meters. It collects and processes data from real-time water quality monitoring systems, rainfall gauges, and open-degree encoders, achieving intelligent system operation. This significantly reduces overflow pollution and enhances the interception effect.

Key Functions: The drainage sluice, waste water cutoff gate, and pump control are managed through level sensors, rain gauges, and other sensing instruments. The control methods and functions are as follows:
1、Drought Season Flow Diversion: During the dry season or on sunny days, wastewater enters the intercepting well through combined sewers or culverts. The valves of the stormwater and wastewater discharge gates in the intercepting well are closed to achieve pressure-based flow diversion.
2、Initial Rain Diversion: When it rains, the rain gauge detects the rainfall, and the rainwater discharge gate is activated based on the water level in the well shaft. Adjust the opening and closing degree of external stormwater pipes or river levels, and the sewage discharge valve adjusts its opening and closing based on the internal water level and quality of the well. During the early stages of rainfall, surface runoff enters the interception well, where the stormwater pollution level is high. The sewage discharge valve is then opened, allowing sewage to be directly discharged through the sewage pipe, preventing the early-stage rainwater from entering the river.

4、Pre-rain Emptying: According to weather information, initiate the effluent pump prior to rainfall to boost power and discharge polluted water. This maximizes the emptying of the front section of stormwater pipes or culverts before the rain, reserves stormwater storage capacity, reduces peak flows, and avoids concentrating peak flow pressures on the stormwater pipelines.
