This machine tool is a CNC external cylindrical grinding machine, suitable for batch and medium to small batch production workshops, primarily processing cylindrical or multi-step cylindrical components.
The machine tool's electrical control system utilizes a PLC programmable controller, and the execution system employs CNC servo drives and motors. The longitudinal movement of the machine tool's worktable and the horizontal feed motion of the grinding wheel架 are both powered by servo motors through ball screw transmission, ensuring high feed accuracy. Equipped with a touch screen, the human-machine interface is user-friendly and easy to operate; the headstock features variable speed control.
The machine tool is easy to operate and practical, requiring only basic training to master. Operators can set parameters for longitudinal and cutting grinding via a touch screen, enabling automatic processing of workpieces of various sizes. This machine features an automatic worktable indexing function, can automatically grind five steps of a single workpiece, and allows for flexible arrangement of the order of longitudinal and cutting grinding, as well as grinding process parameters among the five steps.
Features automatic dressing of the grinding wheel and automatic compensation.
The grinding wheel stand spindle bearing is equipped with four segment dynamic pressure bearings, and can also be optionally fitted with high-precision static and dynamic pressure bearings according to customer requirements.
The machine tool's moving parts are lubricated by a separate, externally mounted oil tank that provides timed lubrication.
