CNC End Face and External Diameter Grinding Machine MK1632

Primary Uses:
The CNC face and external cylindrical grinder is a grinding machine with an inclined abrasive wheel frame and inclined feed. The abrasive wheel axis forms a 30° angle with the workpiece axis, primarily used for grinding the faces and external rounds of shaft-type parts with shoulders, suitable for workshops engaged in large-scale production. It can also be used as a general external cylindrical grinder to grind cylindrical or conical rotating workpieces.
Structural Characteristics:
The machine tool features the FANVC Serie O-GCD with two CNC coordinate axes and two servo motors that separately drive the abrasive wheel carriage (X-axis) and dresser (W-axis) feed, as well as compensation for the abrasive wheel after dressing feed. The control console is located on the right front of the machine tool, equipped with a coordinate value display and operation keys. Parameters such as grinding dimensions, grinding cycles, and conditions are inputted into the memory using the input method, enabling automatic cyclic grinding and manual adjustment as well.
2. Workpiece size control includes two methods: automatic grinding with a caliper and automatic grinding without a caliper. The automatic measuring device can be specially ordered to meet customer requirements.
3. The abrasive wheel line speed is 45 m/s. The main shaft bearing of the abrasive wheel uses a long sleeve type, removable, static and dynamic pressure bearing.
4. The sanding wheel stand is equipped with a profiling dresser. It can automatically adjust the shaping sanding wheel to match the template shape for the grinding face and the outer round workpiece.
5. Before automatic face and outer diameter grinding, the workpiece can automatically make minor axial movements. A tool setting device ensures that each face is positioned identically.
6. Machining centers, in addition to cutting and grinding, also feature longitudinal grinding. The worktable is driven by hydraulic cylinders for reciprocating motion, and can also be manually operated via a handwheel.
7. All workpieces, grinding wheels, oil pumps, and cooling pumps are driven by separate motors. Hydraulic components are mounted in an independent oil tank. The feeding transmission parts can be operated either manually or automatically. The electrical and hydraulic systems are stable and reliable, with easy operation and maintenance of the machine tools.
