MK215 CNC Internal Cylindrical Grinder, suitable for mass production, designed for grinding cylindrical holes with a diameter range of 3~50mm and a depth up to 80mm. It can also grind conical holes with an included angle not exceeding 60 degrees, even after the headstock rotation.
In most cases, this machine tool is equipped with an electric grinding spindle only, featuring speeds of 60,000 rpm and 24,000 rpm. Should the customer require, a special order can be placed for an electric grinding spindle shaft with a speed of 90,000 rpm.
Machine tool guideways feature double-V pre-loaded design, high-precision rolling guideways with good rigidity. The screws use high-precision ball screws for reciprocating positioning, ensuring consistent grinding accuracy.
Utilizing high-speed, high-power electric grinding wheel shafts, powered by variable frequency from a standstill, featuring low energy consumption and minimal noise.
