1. The machine tool layout uses a single-sided movement method with guide wheel brackets.
2. The abrasive wheel shaft features a suspended structure with both front and rear supports utilizing multi-leaf dynamic pressure bearings. The main shaft is coated with ceramic technology, offering high rigidity and capable of accommodating heavy-duty and precision grinding requirements.
3. The guide shaft is in a double-supported structure, with both front and rear supports using roller bearings, and the shampoo head has good rigidity.
4. Equipped with a Mitsubishi servo control system, capable of manual adjustments, trimming compensation, and automatic work cycle controls. It boasts high reliability and fault self-diagnosis with a user-friendly touch screen interface, easy to operate.
5. The feeding mechanism is driven by AC servo electric feed, while the grinding and compensation movements of the abrasive wheel are driven by stepping electric feed.
6. The feed guide wheel features a double V-shaped pre-tensioned rolling guide rail, ensuring sensitive feeding.
7. The guide wheel speed regulation employs AC variable frequency stepless adjustment.
8. Customers may optionally select a balancing device (special order) for automatic balancing of the grinding wheel.

This machine tool is suitable for various cylindrical parts, the centerless grinding of annular parts, and the center cutting grinding of conical parts with angles less than 3 degrees and shaped rotating bodies, ideal for mass production.
