As a manufacturer of integrated precast pump stations, we often get inquiries from customers asking about the differences between integrated lift pump stations and sewage lift pump stations. Below, we'll give you a brief introduction:

Integrated Lift StationThe unit consists of a sewage pump, a collection tank, control devices, and related piping valves, forming a system for lifting and transporting wastewater that is below the sewer level or far from the municipal pipeline network. It effectively resolves or prevents issues commonly found in traditional collection pits. The integrated lifting pump station is the inlet pump station for a wastewater treatment plant.Integrated lift stationThe function is to pump wastewater collected from the city's underground sewage pipeline network to the surface water pool at the sewage treatment plant for processing. During the transportation of wastewater, due to the long distance, the sewage pipeline is deeply buried underground. To reduce the burial depth of the subsequent transmission pipeline, a pump station is set up along the way of wastewater transportation. After the wastewater is lifted, it is then transported through the sewage pipeline to a farther location (such as a sewage treatment plant or the next wastewater lift pump station), hence the wastewater lift pump station serves as a transit station. Sometimes, both types of pump stations are required, butIntegrated pump stationThe principle of operation itself is no different; it's just the location that varies.

Integrated Lift Pump Stations and Sewage Lift Pump Stations differ as follows:
1. An integrated lift station is set up during the wastewater transportation process due to the long distance and significant underground depth of the wastewater pipes. This is done to minimize the depth of subsequent transmission pipelines. The wastewater is lifted at the station and then conveyed through the wastewater pipes to a more distant location (such as a wastewater treatment plant or the next lift station). Therefore, the wastewater lift station serves merely as a transit station. Sometimes, both types of stations are required, but the principle of operation of the wastewater pump station itself is no different; it merely varies in location.

2、Integrated Lift StationThis is an import pump station of a wastewater treatment plant. The integrated lifting pump station's function is to pump the wastewater collected from the urban underground sewage network to the surface water pool at the treatment plant for processing.
We manufacture integrated sewage lifting stations, integrated rainwater lifting stations, and prefabricated sewage treatment pump stations. Welcome new and old customers to call, write, or visit for selection.
