As a manufacturer of integrated prefabricated pump stations, we often get inquiries from customers asking about the differences between integrated lift pump stations and sewage lift pump stations. Below, we'll provide a brief introduction:

Integrated Lift StationThe unit consists of a sewage pump, a collection tank, control equipment, and related piping valves, forming a system for lifting and conveying wastewater below the sewer level or away from municipal pipelines. It effectively addresses or prevents issues commonly found in traditional collection sumps. The integrated lift station serves as the intake pump station for the wastewater treatment plant.Integrated Lift Pump StationThe function is to pump wastewater collected from the city's underground sewage network to the surface water pool at the sewage treatment plant for processing. During the transportation of wastewater, due to the long distance, the sewage pipeline is deeply buried underground. To reduce the depth of subsequent transportation pipelines, pump stations are set up along the way. After being lifted, the wastewater is then transported through the sewage pipeline to a farther location (such as a sewage treatment plant or the next wastewater lift pump station), making the wastewater lift pump station merely an intermediate station. Sometimes, both types of pump stations are needed, butIntegrated lift pump stationThe principle of operation itself is no different; it's just a matter of the location.

Integrated lift stations and sewage lift stations have the following differences:
1. An integrated lift station is set up during the wastewater transportation process due to the long distance and significant underground depth of the wastewater pipes. To reduce the depth of subsequent transmission pipelines, a pump station is installed along the way. After being lifted, the wastewater is then transported through the wastewater pipes to a farther location (such as a wastewater treatment plant or the next lift station). Therefore, the wastewater lift station serves merely as a transit station. Sometimes, both types of pump stations are required, but the principle of operation for the wastewater pump station itself is no different; it merely varies in location.

2、Integrated Lift StationThis is the import pump station of a sewage treatment plant. The integrated lifting pump station's function is to pump wastewater from the city's underground sewage pipeline network into a surface pool at the sewage treatment plant for treatment.
We manufacture integrated sewage lifting pump stations, integrated rainwater lifting pump stations, and prefabricated integrated sewage treatment pump stations. Welcome new and old customers to call, write, or visit for selection.
