As a resin concrete pipeline manufacturer, I mentioned some installation procedures for the resin concrete micro-tunnels in the previous post, but only covered the first half. Now, I'll complete the remaining content.
The previous article discussed the orderly arrival of construction equipment on-site, followed by the打通 of guide pipes for waste drainage and cleaning. All equipment then began operation, the shield machine bored in, sludge entered the sedimentation pond normally, and from there, the bucketing assistance well commenced from the equipment well.

The resin concrete pipe jacking wells have commenced operation. The resin concrete pipes are being sunk one by one into the wells, while the guide pipes and guide shafts are being dismantled one after another.
After connecting to the mainstream guidance, the mainstream or branch pipeline will be connected after filling according to customer requirements.
Upon dismantling equipment and facilities, plugging and covering the excavation site, and completing the repair work, once the underground passage is cleared and approved, the deep well can be filled. Then, proceed with repairing the road and related facilities, ensuring quality and maintaining accessibility.
The entire resin concrete pipeline installation is now complete.
