Glass Tube Level Gauges Overview
Glass tube liquid level gauges are direct-reading liquid level measuring instruments suitable for on-site detection of liquid positions in general storage equipment during industrial production processes. They feature a simple structure, accurate measurement, and are traditional tools for on-site liquid level measurement. They are generally used for direct detection.
Glass Tube Level Gauge Product Structure
The upper and lower valves of the gauge are equipped with flange connections, connecting to the container's communication link. The liquid level in the container is directly indicated through a glass plate. The "jacketed" type is equipped with heating or cooling devices. When heating, steam can be used, and for cooling, recirculating water can be employed to adjust the flow properties. The jacketed type connection size is ZG1/4.'Internal thread. Steel balls are fitted inside the upper and lower valves. In the event of a glass plate breakage, the steel balls automatically seal under the container's pressure, preventing the liquid inside from continuing to leak out. The top needle valve of the instrument is equipped with a blocking screw for venting purposes, and the bottom needle valve also has a blocking screw. They are available for venting, sampling, draining, and cleaning.
