I. Product Description and Usage

The Microcomputer-Controlled Spring Tension Testing Machine is manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements specified in JB/T7796-2005 "Technical Conditions for Spring Tension Testing Machines." This model is primarily used for testing the strength of various springs and elastic elements, i.e., measuring the test force of a spring under a certain deformation amount (or height) or determining the height or deformation amount of the spring under a certain test force.

II. Product Features

1. This unit consists of various components, including Zhejiang-made equipment, a control system, a software system, a safety assurance device, and auxiliary equipment.
2. The frame of the microcomputer-controlled spring tension testing machine has been ensured with sufficient stiffness and strength through finite element analysis; it has strong overload resistance. Key components are machined in one setup on a machining center, guaranteeing the equipment's long-term accuracy. The transmission system consists of synchronous V-belts, precision ground ball screw pairs, and guiding parts, ensuring smooth transmission. The drive system is achieved with a Japanese Panasonic AC servo speed controller and motor, offering a wide speed range and high operability. A load transmission mechanism with a special structural design is adopted to prevent the spring leaf load from affecting the test results.
3. Control System: The micropputer-controlled spring tension testing machine is the main body, based on PCI bus technology. It is equipped with a full-digital testing system control card, dedicated test software system, all-digital control, integrating PCI adjustment, measurement amplification, screen display, data acquisition, and data processing into one. It is a highly integrated unit with advanced domestic static control technology.
4. Safety Protection Devices: Overload protection for 10% above rated load, beam limit position protection, overcurrent, overvoltage, and overspeed protection.
