This electronic tensile testing machine is manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements specified in JB/T7796-2017 "Technical Conditions for Tensile Testing Machines for Springs," and meets the requirements of this standard.
This model is primarily used for tensile and compression tests on various helical springs, utilizing a manual loading method. It measures the test force of the spring at a certain displacement or the deformation of the spring at a certain test force. It can also be used for other elastic components and small-scale mechanical property tests, mainly for spring manufacturing and quality control by spring using units.
This testing machine is composed of mechanical manual loading section, force measurement part with load sensors, displacement tracking with a grating scale, and a color LCD touch screen section (refer to the attached illustration).
By actuating the loading handle, the specimen is loaded through the upper and lower pressure disks (upper and lower hooks). The load and deformation of the test spring are then converted into corresponding load and length signals by a load sensor and a straight grating, which are sent to the electrical control unit for processing. The color LCD touchscreen displays the test data. Upon user request, the test data can be printed out using a miniature printer.
