Product Description and Usage
The computer-controlled spring tension testing machine is manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements specified in JB/T7796-2005 "Technical Conditions for Spring Tension Testing Machines". This model is primarily used for testing the strength of various springs and elastic elements, i.e., it measures the test force of a spring under a certain deformation amount (or height) or determines the height or deformation amount of the spring under a certain test force.

1. This unit consists of Zhujia, control system, software system, safety assurance devices, and (auxiliary devices).
2. The frame of the microcomputer-controlled spring tension testing machine has been ensured with sufficient stiffness and strength through finite element analysis; it has strong overload resistance; key components are processed in one setup on a machining center, ensuring the equipment's precision; the transmission system consists of synchronous V-belts, precision ground ball screw pairs, and guiding parts, providing smooth transmission; the drive system is achieved with a Japanese Panasonic AC servo variable speed controller and motor, offering a wide speed range and high operability. A special structure load transducer is adopted to prevent the spring leaf load from affecting the test results.
3. Control System: The spring tension testing machine is microcomputer-controlled with the PC computer as the main body, based on PCI bus technology. It is equipped with a full digital test system control card, dedicated test software system, and features full digital control. It integrates PCI adjustment, measurement amplification, screen display, data acquisition, and data processing into one, making it a highly integrated and advanced unit of domestic static control technology.
4. Safety Protection Devices: Overload protection for 10% above rated load, beam limit position protection, overcurrent, overvoltage, and overspeed protection.
