Product Description and Usage
The KLD (1421) microcomputer-controlled spring tension testing machine is used for strength tests, mechanical property analysis, and process capability analysis of various springs. This software package consists of functional modules such as speed control, parameter input, data processing, result observation, record inquiry, graph display, graph printing, and data saving. The testing methods are versatile, allowing for setting the test force of the spring, detecting the remaining height or deformation, or setting the remaining height or deformation to test the force. Multi-point automatic variable-speed data collection is performed, and the machine automatically returns to the initial position, automating the entire testing process. Overload automatically returns to protect the sensor from damage. It features powerful data processing and statistical functions, enabling the plotting of stiffness curves, calculating the spring's section stiffness, conducting data statistics, plotting normal distribution graphs, and calculating process capability indices. The transmission system is composed of imported AC servo motors, speed regulators, and precise ball screw pairs. It is integrated with high-precision load sensors, displacement sensors, digital data acquisition cards, and PCs to form a measurement and control system, ensuring stable and reliable operation and measurement. Three load sensor correlation technologies are employed to prevent the influence of spring off-loading on test results. The testing platform facilitates easy handling of springs, and an auxiliary small platform is also provided for direct pushing of springs.
