1. KLD-D204 (1421) Microcomputer-Controlled Disc Spring Pressure Testing Machine, manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of JB/T7796-2017 "Technical Conditions for Spring Tension and Compression Testing Machines." Professionally used for testing the strength of various disc springs and elastic components.
2. The machine consists of two sections, with the lower part serving as the compression section, equipped with a pressure plate and a pull hook for spring compression (or tension) testing. The load sensor is mounted below the center beam, with an upper pressure plate below the sensor and a lower pressure plate on the worktable surface. Below the worktable is the transmission section, powered by a Japanese Panasonic AC servo motor, which drives the two synchronous ball screws through a reduction mechanism. As the screws rotate, they move the beam up and down, enabling tension and compression tests on the specimens.
3. The electrical section consists of the drive system and the measurement and control part, with the computer handling various functions such as control, display, data collection, processing, and drawing of stiffness curves.
