Operating Principle
Compressed air, after being chilled, filtered, and dried, is accelerated through a nozzle to form a supersonic airflow, which is then射入粉碎室,causing the material to become fluidized. The accelerated material converges at the intersection points of multiple nozzles, resulting in intense collisions, friction, and shearing, thereby achieving ultra-fine particle reduction. The milled material is then conveyed by an upward airflow to the classifier area of the impeller, where it is separated into coarse and fine particles due to the centrifugal force of the classifier wheel and the suction force of the fan. The coarse particles return to the crushing chamber by gravity for further reduction, while the qualified fine particles are carried by the airflow into the cyclone collector. The ultra-fine dust is collected by a bag dust collector, and the purified gas is exhausted by the induced draft fan.
