Product Overview

This electrical tester's functional testing device is developed in accordance with the requirements of the National Power Corporation's notice on issuing the "Preventive Test Code for Electric Power Safety Tools" (Trial) (National Power Corp. [2002] 777), and all the product specifications meet the national standards. Functional testing of the tester can be conducted according to the "Preventive Test Code for Electric Power Safety Tools." The product is suitable for testing electrical testers in all power-related industries from 10KV to 500KV. Specific requirements for functional testing refer to the DL740-2014 standard.

Product Features

According to DL740-2014 standard, for 10KV to 35KV, the uniform pressure ring diameter is 550mm, with the center of the uniform ring to ground distance not less than 1.5m, and the uniform pressure ball diameter is 60mm. For 66KV to 330KV, the uniform pressure ring diameter is 1050mm, with the center of the uniform ring to ground distance not less than 2.5m, and the uniform pressure ball diameter is 100mm. This set of equipment consists of 2 units.

For 10KV to 35KV voltage tester testing, a device with a uniform pressure ring diameter of 550mm is used. For 35KV to 500KV voltage tester testing, a device with a uniform pressure ring diameter of 1050mm is employed.

The electrical tester comes in two types: one with an extended contact electrode and another without. The testing methods for these two testers are also different.

The tester's functionality includes startup detection, same-direction interference detection, and reverse-direction interference detection. The startup voltage alarm is considered合格 if it is between 15% to 40% of the nominal value; otherwise, the tester is deemed不合格.
