ZGF-ZN Intelligent DC High Voltage Generator is a new generation of intelligent product designed and manufactured by Wuhan Xinhua Fu Power Equipment Co., Ltd. based on the new power industry standard DL/T848.1-2004 "General Technical Conditions for DC High Voltage Generators". It is developed on the basis of the first generation portable DC high voltage tester. It is mainly suitable for conducting DC withstand voltage tests on high-voltage electrical equipment such as zinc oxide lightning arresters, power cables, transformers, generators, etc. in power departments, industrial and mining, metallurgy, steel and other enterprises.

Adopting intermediate frequency voltage doubling circuit, applying PWM pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT devices.
Adopting voltage feedback, the output voltage stability is high, and the ripple coefficient is ≤ 1%.
The full range adopts a single-chip microcontroller for smooth voltage regulation, and the boosting speed is uniformly adjustable.
● Poor grounding alarm function: If the instrument is not grounded or poorly grounded, the instrument will alarm and there will be no high voltage output.
The boost potentiometer boosts the voltage from zero.

The double pressure adopts new materials, which are lightweight and sturdy. The exterior is coated with special insulation material, which has good electrical performance and strong moisture resistance.
The product meets the technical requirements of DL/T848.1-2004 and has undergone type testing by the Electrical Equipment Quality Inspection and Testing Center of the Ministry of Electric Power, strictly adhering to the enterprise standard before leaving the factory.
