1、 Place of use:
The ZX-HJ series filter cartridge dust collector is mainly designed for the treatment of large amounts of harmful dust particles generated in industries such as mechanical processing, chemical production, powder recycling, construction manufacturing, medical production, food processing, furniture production, and hardware processing. The processing air volume is 1200-150000m3/h, and different combinations meet different air volume requirements, which can meet the dust collection and treatment of multiple processes in the production workshop. The collection methods include mobile suction arm and fixed suction hood, etc., to reduce the escape of dust into the workshop and ensure the working environment of the workshop. It can purify a large amount of harmful dust particles suspended in the air, with the characteristics of high purification efficiency, low noise, flexible use, and small footprint.
2、 Working principle:
Under the action of the main fan of this equipment, dusty gas enters the dust collector from the inlet at the top of the dust collector. Due to the increase in wind speed in the air chamber, large particles of dust fall into the bottom of the dust collector due to their own weight. Small particles of dust are adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter cartridge when the airflow passes through it. The filtered clean gas enters the exhaust chamber through the filter cartridge and is collected at the outlet for discharge.
As the filtration process continues, more and more dust will accumulate on the outer surface of the filter cartridge, which will correspondingly increase the operating resistance of the equipment. In order to ensure the normal operation of the system, the upper limit of the dust collector resistance should be maintained within the range of 1000-1200Pa, and the pulse controller will issue commands at regular intervals to clean the dust.
The dust cleaning process of this filter cartridge dust collector can be continuously cleaned without shutting down the equipment. After several seconds of natural settling after cleaning, not only is the cleaning thorough, but it also avoids the secondary adsorption of dust generated by spraying and cleaning, thus circulating the cleaning room by room.
