Chemical fiberglass pumps are generally centrifugal pumps, with impellers, vortex chambers, shaft seal chambers, and suction and discharge ports made of epoxy resin, phenolic resin, and other resins pressed and cured with glass fibers.
Performance:
The flow rate of the fiberglass pump can reach 105m3/h, the head is 60m, the discharge pressure is 0.6MPa, and the operating temperature is below 110 ℃.
Suitable for transporting sulfuric acid with a concentration of 50% -70% at room temperature, with a temperature below 60 ℃, and sulfuric acid with a concentration of 0-49% at a temperature below 110 ℃. Any concentration of hydrochloric acid can be used at a temperature below 100 ℃. Not suitable for transporting alkaline liquids and nitric acid. It is an ideal energy-saving new generation chemical pump.
Fiberglass centrifugal pumps can be divided into several categories: S and FS horizontal, SL vertical, and FSY submerged pumps, and have been widely used in the chemical industry.
