The Kabis全自动 scanning robot system continues the tradition of Kirtas robots, offering an "laser eye" fully automatic binding center automatic positioning system that accurately locates different sizes of documents, library center positions, and automatically measures their specifications. Full automatic control greatly enhances the efficiency of digital production. The V110 degree book cradle angle ensures that valuable materials are not damaged during the digitization process. Airflow and ultrasonic page separation technology remove difficult-to-turn pages, while a vacuum-adhesive finger mimicking a human arm gently picks up and turns the new page.

In our vacuum suction page turning technology for robotic arms, we employ edge sensor technology on book pages, complemented by "laser eyes" to detect if the arm is picking up multiple pages or none. The robot then automatically activates its self-learning mode to correct. The result is the integrity and high quality of all document content in the book.

The new Kabis Manager Plus software offers a user-friendly interface, allowing you to quickly start digital operations. The new interface provides enhanced accuracy in page capture and management. It truly enables you to handle massive digital tasks with ease and grace.

Currently in China, the fourth-generation scanning robot has been developed, capable of digitizing bound books, archives, albums, and more. Whether it's technological breakthroughs or price reductions, it's sure to be a favorite among a large number of users. The fully automatic scanning robot utilizes an artificial intelligence mechanical arm for page turning during the digitization process. Multiple sensors ensure there are no repeated pages, and if there are, the machine will automatically activate double-page detection to stop working or attempt to continue with the next page turn, all of which can be pre-set.
