Process Overview

Raw materials are fed into the feed hopper by construction machinery, then evenly enter an鄂式破碎机 (Ore Breaker) for crushing through a vibration feeder. The crushed material is then conveyed by a feeding conveyor to a multi-joint auger washing drum for mud cleaning, followed by screening in a roller sieve to separate into sizes larger than4MMMaterials and Less4MMMaterial comes in two specifications. Less than4MMMaterials enter the storage bin via chutes and pipelines; greater than4MMThe materials are fed into two rock gold mine-specific sand-making machines for crushing and sand production, then transferred to the storage bin.

Materials inside the container are pumped into the centrifuge for fine selection, with the refined material discharged through a pipeline; the waste material is then sent to two vibratory chutes for final collection before being deposited in the waste material pool.
