Product Details:
Curved roller bearings (bolted bearings, cam bearings, curved roller needle bearings, roller bearings, roller needle bearings) are mainly a bearing unit composed of a bolted shaft, a thick-walled outer ring, and other bearing components. The thick-walled outer ring of the curved roller can withstand impact loads, reducing deformation and bending stresses. The outer working surface of the thick-walled outer ring is designed as an arc to avoid stress concentration, but can also provide curved rollers with a cylindrical (linear) working surface for specific applications. A hex nut can be fitted on the bolted shaft for quick and easy installation of the bearing onto the corresponding machine component. Curved roller bearings are mainly used on equipment such as track conveyors.
Key Features:
Withstand impact loads, reduce deformation and bending stresses.
Bolts serve as shafts, paired with nuts for easy installation.
